Prepare the dough:
In a bowl, beat the egg with 3 tablespoons of sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
Add the vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt and milk. Mix well.
Sift the flour and baking powder and gradually add them to the mixture, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Add the chocolate chips to taste.
Cook the sweets:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of dough into the pan, forming small disks.
Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden and fluffy.
Serve:
Sprinkle with sugar to taste.
Serve the sweets hot or at room temperature.
