Simple lemon cake recipe with crème fraîche

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture doubles in volume and becomes somewhat foaming.
Add the cream and oil; then, the lemon zest and juice.
At last add the almond powder, wheat, and yeast.
Pour the dough into a cake mold after greasily cleaning it.

Depending on your oven, bake in the 180° prepared oven for around forty minutes, keeping an eye on the cooking.
Allow to cool totally before unmolding.
