Real jam. I learned how to cook chicken drumsticks from a friend using a simple recipe.

Chicken drumsticks are easy to make, but a friend of mine recently shared a recipe that blew my mind. She suggested dry-marinating the drumsticks, and that’s the only method I’ve used ever since. The process is simple, and the result will definitely please you.

Preparing the shins
First, wash the chicken drumsticks. The decision whether to remove the skin is up to you.

Preparation of dry marinade
Take flour, I used corn flour, but you can use wheat or breadcrumbs.

Add spices to taste: dried garlic, paprika, curry and about 1/2 teaspoon salt.

You can also add chicken seasoning and various herbs to suit your taste. Mix the dry marinade thoroughly.

Pickling
Place about six drumsticks in a bag, add half of the dry marinade mixture and shake well.

Repeat this process with all the drumsticks.

Baking
Line a baking tray with baking paper and grease it with melted butter. Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet.

Be sure to brush the top of the chicken with melted butter, this will give them a special taste.

Sprinkle the drumsticks with the remaining breading mixture and place in the oven.

Bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn the drumsticks over and let them brown on the other side.

The results are very tasty chicken drumsticks with a delicious crispy crust. Bon appetit!Chicken drumsticks are easy to make, but a friend of mine recently shared a recipe that blew my mind.
