My family always asks me to cook this recipe every week because it’s very simple to make.

Two pounds of lean sirloin steak, sliced thinly and without fat, cut into two-inch pieces.
You can choose between a small or medium amount of baby yellow potatoes.
You can use as little or as much garlic as you like; the recipe suggests using 1 tablespoon.
Instead of using 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning, you could mix dried oregano, thyme, and parsley together.
Onion powder, 1 teaspoon Olive oil, 3 tablespoons
Before you serve it, add salt and pepper.

Guidelines:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Next, mix the potatoes, steak, olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and other items in a big bowl. Carefully combine the ingredients by mixing them together.
The meat and potatoes should be divided evenly onto four sheets of aluminum foil that are 12×12 inches in size. Ensure that the items are well-protected by wrapping the foil tightly around them.
Third, if you are grilling, cook the steak and potatoes for approximately 10 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked.
To cook, cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for around 20 minutes, or until the meat and potatoes are cooked to your liking.
Once the food is cooked, carefully open the foil packages because hot steam will come out. To add some freshness to the steak and potatoes, simply sprinkle fresh parsley on them.
