Bon Bon Coconut and Yoghurt: the recipe for quick and easy truffles

How to make coconut and yogurt candies
Step 1
Collect the dry biscuits, lemon zest and almonds in the glass of a blender1.

Mix until a fine powder is formed and place in a bowl2.

Add the Greek yogurt3.

Mix well until a firm and homogeneous mass is obtained4.
Step 5
Take an amount equivalent to a walnut, flatten it in the palm of your hand and place a whole almond in the center5.

Close and form a ball6, and continue in this manner until the mixture is used up.
Step 7
Add the truffles you have obtained to the coconut flakes7. Place them in the fridge and let them rest for at least an hour.
Step 8
Bring to the table and serve8.
Advice
With the quantities suggested in the recipe you will get about 10 coconut yoghurt candies .
Our recipe does not include any added sweetener, but if you prefer a stronger flavor , you can add a tablespoon or two of honey, agave syrup, sugar or erythritol, depending on your taste .
You can replace the lemon zest with that of lime or orange and the petit biscuits with a biscuit or any other dry biscuit you have in the pantry. You can also add your favorite spices and herbs .

The coconut yogurt candies can be stored in the refrigerator in a special airtight container for at least 2-3 days .
